What up everyone? Pics of the Garden (pic heavy)

I've been out for a while, it's been pretty hectic the past few months. So much stuff went on, I don't even want to type about it.

Anyway, I've been spending alot of time in my garden. Remember?

So here some pics

I helped build this covered patio that has almost become my living room. It is the best jam space I have ever had a pleasure to play in.

here is what it looked like before

and now,

that is my drummer, you don't know how good it is to have a grill in your jam space untill you try it. They belong together.

My pride and joy of the garden are the grapes.

blackberries

This is what I call the rotting pit. I put dead plants, fermenting fruit, poop, and foul corpses in here to make delicioius fertilizer. As you can see, there are actually banana trees growing from it.

We had so many tomatoes this year, we just threw them in the pit.

she is vicious

Hey, you've got pink and yellow frangipanis there! My favourite trees! Looks like you are really heavily into the gren thumb thing - cute dogs too - I'd imagine they absolutely love the sort of jungle garden thing - plenty of places to go off and hide.....

so that is what they are called. They are probably my favorite flower, maybe because they are the national flower of Laos. I'm laotian. We call them "doak cham paa" (the yellow ones) and "doak cham pee" (the pink ones) Now I know what they are called in English.

The dogs love it because there are rats during the winter and it gives them something to hunt. The beagle was bred for this kind of stuff, so naturally, she is pretty good at tracking them down, while I spear or shoot the rat...and put them in the pit

Yeah, they also have a gorgeous scent, or at least, the ones here in Sydney do!

Ah to live down under, where the babes are as hot as the weather and even dog **** smells nice.

Nice work, C.Thep, looks like you've beaten Jim. One garden to rule them all, eh?

One day, when I have my own place, I'm going to try and grow a garden as nice as yours!
