Re: What is your favorite game?

I'm still plugging away at the COD Black Ops II multiplayer. Its just really easy to pop in and play a few matches when I have the time.. Other than that I enjoyed Bioshock Infinity (I love all the Bioshock games) and Skyrim.

Re: What is your favorite game?

I like cod black ops too much so I don't play it anymore. My other favs have been the mortal combats, halo, resident evil, gears of war, essentially 2p games cuz my brother is my age and we always played em together

I also like the MOH series (better than COD inmho) but sometimes those shooter games give me bad dreams... =o[

Oh yea, can't forget the best sports video game series ever - EA NHL The EA Tiger Woods games are really good too... The Uncharted series is good too...

Still play Skyrim. With all the available mods, you can play the game in a total different way. I like the high res packs and the water and nature enhancements. Just beautiful to explore the world that way.

Currently chipping away at The Last of Us when i have time.

If we're discussing favorites, too many to mention, but for the current console generation, it would have to be the Mass Effect series.

I have heard good things about The Last of Us.
I recently finished the Walking Dead game, (the one based on the comic, not the tv show) That was really fun. almost like watching a movie and being able to control it.

Halfway through the last of us and its definitely growing on me. Ive heard it only gets better from here so i expect good things.

I played the first episode of The Walking Dead and really liked it, but never played the others, even though i paid for all 5. I really need to get moving on those.

Re: What is your favorite game?

There are so many contenders, but I think it would have to be Fallout 3.

Rock on!

Re: What is your favorite game?

With so many great video games coming out I thought I would revive this thread...

I play on a PS4 and I recently finished the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, which is probably my 2nd favorite video game experience ever (Skyrim was my fave game ever). Anyone else try Witcher 3?

I tried Fallout 4 and really wanted to like it because it's from Bethesda Studios (I love Skyrim) but Fallout 4 didn't do it for me. Too much junk to collect - I felt like I had to become a hoarder...inventory management became too much for me. I tried MGS V and it was okay but I thought the missions were redundant and Mother Base was confusing and kind of silly. I bought Uncharted 4 and wanted to like it because the game looks great but I quickly got tired of having to climb and jump and jump and climb and climb some more...etc.

So I was looking for a new game to try and I stumbled across Firewatch - it is a completely different gaming experience from anything else I've played and I absolutely love it so far!!! Totally engrossing story and kind of creepy too...such a great game! So simple but so beautifully compelling. It's short but it's one of the coolest gaming experiences I've had.

What are all the other gamer folks playing out there?
