Question Drip Suhrs

At Suhr they have these really cool drip finishes. It's something that they've been experimenting with. I think it's really great that they've tried to do something different and I really like them. I was wondering what all of you thought of them? Here are a few drip finishes they offer at the moment:

Aqua sparkle drip

Gold sparkle drip

Silver sparkle drip

Green drip

Red sparkle drip

Rootbeer drip

Silver drip light

Re: Drip Suhrs

Looks similar to some of the Tyler finish options, but nicer.

I like that one too. But this picture doesn't show the drip effect that well, I think. Now, it looks more like the guitar is wrapped in dark red velvet.

Re: Drip Suhrs

They did drips a few years but stopped as john thought they hindered tone a bit. The new drips seem a bit thinner. It's great to see them back!

Re: Drip Suhrs

Here are the last two that are on their site:

Graphite sparkle

Silver drip

I guess the one I like best is the Silver drip light.

I see the resemblance. I like the Suhr finishes better as well.

This shape is one of the coolest ones for a 24 fret guitar, I think. It looks very elegant and Strat-ish.
