Which Famous Guitar??

Okay people, which famous guitar from rock history given the choice would you most like to own? Randy Rhoads's Polka Dot Jackson? Maybe EVH's Frankenstrat? Which one would be your dream?

For me it would be Paul Gilbert's Pink RG770DX.

Re: Which Famous Guitar??

Ben Weinman's "Bi tch i'm the boss!" ltd, he needs to give it to me, namely because he about broke my shoulder with it.

-George Lynch's "Skully"
-Dweezil's Strat (the rescue one)
-Mother Maybelle's Gibson L-5

none of those happening any time soon though.

Re: Which Famous Guitar??

Sign me up for Clapton's The Fool SG, Vai's EVO, or George Harrison's Rocky. I wouldn't mind Hetfield's Ken Lawrence Explorer or Pepper Keenan's custom Viper, as well.

Re: Which Famous Guitar??

For those of you wanting Vai to give you Evo, she unfortunately isn't going to last much longer ( a year if lucky in fact). There is a crack running through the body on the verge of cutting her completely in half.

Life is cruel sometimes eh?

Re: Which Famous Guitar??

Vai's UV90HAM.
Elvis' 56 Gibson J200 - I just need an acoustic, this might do the trick
Hendrix' painted Flying V; the strats are nice and all, but he painted the V himself.

Re: Which Famous Guitar??

The one guitar I like, but would probably be a disappointment to have is Brian May's Red Special. From what I've read it's rather unique to it's maker. 24 inch scale, very thick neck, 45.5mm nut, 7.25 inch fingerboard radius. I'd probably hate it!
