04' JEM77FP IS IN THE HOUSE!

Seems like it took forever for this one to arrive but it's finally here! This is the only one we're getting and it's available, anyone interested can get in touch with me.

Is that really an 04' or is it an 03'?? Or is it an 03' with a replacement 04' neck [and why it took so long?]

Uh... It's 2004 and it just came in, so I'd say it's a 2004.

And what is the serial number?

All 15ths were in many many moons ago. No straglers. The onlt reason any would be held is if it didn't pass inspection and needed something, like a neck, new body, etc

Changes? It's got the new tremolo on it, but that's the only thing that makes it any different from any other FP. (That and they come with the extra signed trem cavity cover.)

The vine inlay looks like it has some different colours in it - but that could just be the way the picture has been taken...

Judging by the signed cover in the picture that is one of the 15Year anniversary FPs so it's either a 2003 or it's 2003 with a new neck like Rich said.
2004 will make it a 16Year anniversary.
There's a chance there was enough demand that Ibanez decided to do another USA import this year but then why does this one has a signed plate?

And Ibanez not tell anyone? Supposedly, the '03 import was our "last chance" to get a new FP.

The serial actually designates it a 2003, they probably had to wait for Steve Vai to sign the back plates. I called it an '04 because it was just delivered yesterday. Picky, picky picky!

My 2000 VW Golf was delivered in 1999, but its VIN still identifies it as a 2000. Delivery date doesn't really mean much.

I was delivered in 1966, but I don't have a serial number. I'll call my mom to find out what my actual production date was. Heh... heh...
