'88 777DY AND '91 777DY

Yo Jemsters

Please can anybody enlighten me on the difference between a 1988 Jem777 DY and a 1991 Jem 777 DY?

Is it the wood, pickups...or is it the same flaming axe?

Crikey! That is amazing....why 2 FPs though? There's a 777SK on offer that would look great in that collection....

When is Polish day? How do you celebrate it? Shouldn't it be Polish American day?

One day I'll own 27 FP's. One of each of the possible different pattern / headstock combinations

I am to the point of no return

The SK isn't in nice enough condition to be in my collection. I'm VERY picky about the condition of my babies!

Funny guy, ecid........funny guy

Re: '88 777DY AND '91 777DY

Here is an example of what Rich is talking about (though not DY's but the same applies.)

Left= 1991 Right=1988

Notice the slightly different placement of the volume knob.

The bar hits the knob when you dive.
