After all these years here

I finally own a JEM.

I love this thing to bits. If they ever made a sevenstring version, I'd be in heaven, but all in all, man this thing rips like nobody's business. I've wanted one of these since they came out, and the little kid in me has wanted "a vai guitar with a handle" since I was about 14 and had Guitar World pages taped to my bedroom walls.

Can't say enough good things about it, plays like a dream.

The DBK is one of my faves. Congrats! How do you like the Breed pickups?

Re: After all these years here

Good work bro. I had a DBK and it was a great guitar.

One little mod I made though - being a bit of an inlay freak - was remove the fret markers, countersink the holes a little, cut the heads off some stainless steel screws and covered them with a 3mm piece of polished acrylic rod. This REALLY sets the whole guitar off and makes it look the way it should have done in the first place.
