Bought a DNA #177

Ok, so you all may know that I'm selling all my Jems and all that. Well, the wife has noticed that I've been all sad and depressed about selling my Jems and said that whenever a decent deal on a swirl or dna came up, I should get it.

Well *bay # 130168090553 came up, and while $5200 is pricey for that condition, I figured it would be about the cheapest I would ever see one for. I love that it isn't pristine because I will play the living f*ck out of it. I do have to sell my 77FP now though, that was one rule she gave me. So selling 9 Jems, gaining one . I'm real excited to get her, shipping from Italy though, so I'm sure it'll take some time. I'll post pics.

Look for some sweet ass Jems on the bay this weekend!!!

That was by far the better swirl, but also much worse condition than the other. When good ones with chips are breaking 7k it's all relative in the end.

Re: Bought a DNA #177

Thanks Rich, I'm a pink fan, and #177 had alot more pink in her than his #118, and it ends with 77, which is a bonus . I'll post tons of pics when she arrives.

Wow, it seems a little pricey for a DNA with all those chips on it. But it is sweet.

Re: Bought a DNA #177

I figured I overpaid $1k for it, but I'm buying it to play, not collect. I don't think you will ever find a DNA for under $4500, regardless of condition. If you do, contact me .

I think you're right on the $ how much you went over. It is a lot of "character", still a nice swirl though.

Re: Bought a DNA #177

Congratulations on your purchase, that's probably one of the nicest DNA swirls I've seen. Just out of interest, do you get charged the same amount of import tax when importing from Europe as we get charged when importing from the states?
