Chromboy damage

is it possible to repair aa chromeboy paint?

lets say the damage is pretty bad

is it possible to have it repained by ibanez or something that will be same as original?

Ibanez couldn't get it right the first time, why would you pay their prices to let them hack it again? Im sure one of our vendors can do it. There's a ton of threads about Chrome finishes, the search function is your friend.

lol yea

but its a real chromeboy and im worried it will get ****ed up

i want it to look as close as possible to how it was

i know chrome painting isnt easy

i tried to search but didnt find someone who can do it for me so if u know let me know

I don't see any damage. I see wear.

To me, you either buy a guitar to play, or you invest in a guitar for it's resale value.

if you "play" your investment, you're going to ruin it's value.

With your guitar, that ship has sailed. I'd just continue enjoying playing it. Let it live out it's history! Enjoy it for what it is.

I'd leave it like it is, I agree with GLG. It is wear not damage in my eyes too.
Plus if it was chrome there still it would be all hand-printy haha

thing is its not my guitar

its a guitar i wanna buy

i'v been after a chromeboy for years and now i have an opertunity to buy it from someone in my country

how much do u think its worth as is?

he doesnt have the case or anything that comes with it

only the guitar.


makes me said seeing it like that heh, its a piece of history

any chance i can get an original case too?
