crystal planet tone

Isn't it made of acryl? doesn't that make the tone lousy?
how many of these were made anyway?

Yeah...what he said! Heavy as can be, but a blast to play, and tone beyond compare.

The guitar is sweet! A little treblely for my tastes, but the tone is by no means anything but superb! Heavy tho!!! OMG, its heavy! I think it weighs as much if not more than my double neck guitar.

its clear I loved it, but clearly wasn't for me. I'd rather see my reflection in a js10 instead!

They're just shy of 10lbs, I believe. Rich knows for sure. Doesn't sound like much, but after a few minutes, your shoulder feels it.

I did a solid 50 minute set with my CP one night. Had the red welt on my shoulder to show for it the next morning too (from the strap) A 10 pound hunk o' acrylic can get REAL heavy when you're jumping around under hot stage lights.
