Custom JEM Prices

What is the average price of a custom JEM. Say it has.. a pretty good peice of wood(unfinished), some Evo's, a maple neck or any JEM vine neck, floyd rose, monkey grip, tigerclaw, and a pickguard, etc. Sorry, thats not much details but I hope you get the idea.

It varies from options and vendor, but typically a custom costs more than a production model

I would assume a lionclaw is much more comfortable than a tigerclaw. Since the female lion is the hunter, and can protect and serve her male companion. A tigerclaw is still ok, but would make me feel intimidated by the male hunters that only want to get rid of other males... If this makes sense. I'll take a strong female over a angry male anyday.

Also, a custom would be cheaper than buying a new Jem. At least for me, since the Jem prices are quite crazy here...

That is so true. But importing guitars from the US also saves a buck or two. Really, buying Ibanez in Europe is crazy.

check out EKG, LGM and other affiliated shops for actual pricing and options. there are a lot of different ways to go with custom jobs.

One of my local shops had a custom Jem. It was a white Jem with cosmo hardware and a black pickguard. I'm not quite sure if it had anything else different. But, it did just sell last month. It was priced way under what I thought it should have been.
