DBK neck bow? - Do you trem wackers notice it?

A friend of mine (who lives out of state because I can play MUCH better than him ) recently tried a Jem DBK. He said the neck bowed big time when pulling up on the trem. Has anyone else noticed this?
Also, do you multi Jem owners with DBK's notice much quicker fatigue when playing the DBK vs Jem's with thicker necks (7VWH, FP, etc.)? Thanks.

maybe the neck wasn't tightened hard enough at the joint

DBK neck bow?

I'm sure he said that just because he knows that you like JEM's and you play better than him

DBK neck bow?

Mine doesn't do that...

And I love playing mine - I tend to stick to funky triad chord voicings when using it tho'; power chord hand positions are the only thing I find fatiguing on Wizard necks...

The thinnest necks I have are on my DNA and 90HAM. Neither guitar has this problem.

Actualy to thin a neck will cause more fatigue than to fat a neck. You know as with anything production, there is always that lemon factor.

Ive never noticed a problem with my DBK either. It plays great and everything seems pretty solid.

I'm sure he thought it was bowing because when you pull up on the trem the strings get closer to the neck. So he thought the neck might've been pulling up because of the extra tension.
