Does anyone make a replacement neck with a smaller radius?

I am looking for a replacement neck for a Jem style guitar that has a smaller radius, preferably 250 mm and a larger contour on the back of the neck.

I have emailed the guys that advertise here on this site (Perle, and ET).
Perle was the only one that got back to me. He said that they only make the Wizard style neck with a 430 or450 mm radius.

I am hoping that someone here knows of a place that makes a Strat like neck contour with a 250 mm or 300 mm radius for an affordable price.
I know that is not what these guitars are about, but I have tendinitis and a smaller radius has become extremely important to me over the last few years.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks! I emailed him about a month ago and he never got back to me.
I just sent another one.

I played an older Jem in a Pawn Shop a few years ago and really want one, but the neck profile just didn't go well with my tendinitis. Maybe this guy can help!
