Dr. Stringfellow Fretboard Lem-Oil

Hey all, not sure if this is the right place to be asking but i was wondering if anyone had ever used Kyser + Klassics Dr. Stringfellow Lem-Oil Fretboard Conditioner?? I wanna make sure is ok stuff before i start lathering my Jem neck with it. Also, is it best to apply with the strings off or does it not really matter??
Thanx in advance,
Ross.

Thats a pretty decent lem-oil.
i wont mess around with the neck to much, you should clean it proparly with lem-oil 3 times a year maximum.

Lol, I asked the same question in another thread yesterday . But here is a free bump.

Whenever I oil my neck, I take the trem out, it is A LOT easier then taking the strings off/slacking. One thing I would do is wait a few *hours* before I put the trem (w/strings) back on. The lemon oil so acidic it immediately rusted my strings to toast, because I didn't let it dry.

I've used that stuff for years infact I still have the same bottle I bought way back when in 2003 or earlier maybe...

I did read somewhere on here that a few jemsiters found bore oil much better on rosewood same stuff used on woodwind instruments I believe, I would like to try that myself...

i use extravirgin olive oil. virtually non-acid, purest, no chemicals involved, healthier for wood, way cheaper and easier to find (one bottle lasts a life).
