Dumped my girlfriend

Got my first Jem so I dumped my girlfriend! FINALLY got a 7dbk. Awsome axe. So now I find that my day is fully booked jamin. This guitar plays so well I actually had to mike the strings , I wasn't sure what guage they were.....they played like 8's but sure enough they were 9's! Between this guitar and my new vetta II head (ran into 4 Gens Bens G-Flex 2x12's) I find myself unable to sleep. Only 1 complaint, they need to hire a setup guy at the manufacturer, took 2hours to get it set up to perfection.

Congrats man. When I got my 7VWH last month I dumped both my girlfriends so that I could have more time for my music. Even my cat is jealous. Whenever I pick the guitar up the cat tries to get on my lap so I can't play.
That texture looks cool on the DBK. Is it comfortable? I haven't seen one in person. Out here in Arizona everyone is so trendy that it's nearly impossible to find a Jem for sale. When I was looking for the 7VWH one sales guy said, (in a Dr. Evil sort of voice) "...Right....."

I was amazed at the lightness of it, I have 3 rg series and they all pretty much weigh the same....heavy, my rgt42 being the heviest. Even though the mass of the body is the same (minus the claw hole) it's gotta weigh 1/2 as much, that added to the thin neck has made this my main ax in about ten minutes. The only thing i'm thinkin might be a problem is the input, it's kinda cool that it's frenched into the body however the angle goes up not down wich puts quite a bend on the cord. I'm wonderin how long my cords will last. I suppose I could get strap locks and run it behind the strap. Time will tell. Can't wait for my next gig!

if it weighs half as much the mass is less.

it occupys the same area (minus claw hole as an RG)

just a lil lesson in physics form Prof. Roman

With that rig, I'm sure that your neighbors are finding themselves unable to sleep also!!!
Enjoy it - awesome guitars.......
