There is not an easy way. Ibanez in recent times has kept pretty strict control over JEM necks. Typically you have to find an Ibanez dealer and order the new neck. But in order to prove that it's going right back on a JEM, you have to give them back your broken JEM neck.
An easier method is to buy one off of our classifieds, ebay, or a custom luthier. Problem is, that method is expensive. Between $250 and $400 depending on the quality and condition of the neck.
