Re: Finally Ibanez is going to do something

Glad to see Ibanez has finally begun to do something about it. It isn't a whole lot but at least a counterfeit warning does let those who don't know any better that their $5 Jem is too good of a deal to be real.

Re: Finally Ibanez is going to do something

Great a warning telling people a Jem that costs $5 isn't real. Now all I need is a window fan company to put up a warning that sticking my face in the fan could hurt.

It could?

BTW, how are prospective fake buyers supposed to see that warning?

At least they acknowledged it

Maybe there is something bigger going behind the scenes than we think?

Maybe aliens exist?

Re: Finally Ibanez is going to do something

I'm sorry to say but I find title of your post a bit misleading, at least based upon the link you gave. They aren't doing anything except posting common sense advice on their website. That leads me to make ask "What are they going to do?".

Re: Finally Ibanez is going to do something

Toneboy, I'll just spell this out for you.

On Jemsite, we're a friendly bunch, we don't pick holes in each others posts unless it's tongue in cheek and in a funny manner. Being disgusted with the title of someone's post just isn't the order of the day, so just chill out and have some fun ok?

Let's just get along.

Re: Finally Ibanez is going to do something

And yet you are posting it in the thread here. There is no reason what so ever for you to reply to any Pm's you receive, in the public threads. The private messaging system is here for a reason, to keep it private.

Re: Finally Ibanez is going to do something

Look, I've not posted anything he has said. I just think it's out of order for someone to pick at someone's post when all they are trying to do is be friendly.

I'm well aware of what PMs are for.

Regardless, he's edited his post now so all is well in the world.

I can sleep in peace now eh?

Re: Finally Ibanez is going to do something

well I will say this putting that up is in fact doing something its admitting there is a issue at hand.

Now what they do to prevent it further is up in the air but at least they publicaly admitted it.
