Re: I just sold my Jem7VWH.....

Easily cured.

Buy another one.

You sold it to buy another guitar or real world financials beckoned?

If the latter, then we all understand.

Practical concerns, such as survival, generally take a back seat where GAS is concerned. We guitarists certainly are a peculiar brand of crazy.

Easily sorted. Spend 1% of the money on food and 99% on a new guitar. Problem solved!!

Hey, the GAS is a disease that affects almost 100% of the world's guitar populace. Keep in mind when the significant other or the parents or even complete strangers don't understand, you have people here who unequivocally understand and feel the pain. You'll have another one someday. Stay strong, brother!

Gosh man I have the exact same feeling every time I let one go. Even if it's a guitar I don't play that much. I've been gagging lately cuz I traded my 570 a couple of months ago. I love the guitar I traded it for, but it reignited my GAS for another early 90s 570. Luckily i'm buying another one next week when I get my tax return.

I'm glad I have you guys so I don't feel alone.

Somehow I'll get past this. The sad thing is, money is only money, but a JEM... thats a JEM!

lucky break man, they are quite rare! the guitar I sold was an almost mint condition 2000 JEM, Ebony board, and lo-pro trem. It was a serious guitar. Ah the real world -___-'

Not any time soon, but hopefully some day I'll have another one. It'll be tough to find one in that condition though. It was pretty perfect. I reckon Jemsite will forgive me.. won't they?

VWHs aren't remotely rare; there will be a nice one waiting for you when you're ready to grab one.
