The Kevin Smith fans among us will know what I mean when I say "Dude, I think I just filled the cup."

All of the above, plus... It's a maple guitar, which I think is great, the 600 series Taylors had long been my fave acoustics. This looks extremely interesting to me. Thanks for the heads up Mikey.

Looks nice, probably have to check one out if i need an acoustic as it looks a beast.

Hopefully this wont mean there will not be a new 04 Jem?

This gets a big shrug from me.

It's a well-appointed guitar with lots of top-shelf components, but nothing particularly unique, other than the usual Vai flash. However, i expect it probably sounds fantastic, and if Steve is already using it to record direct to the board, he must be extremely pleased witht he sound of the B-Band transducer.

One thing that i think really takes away from the overall look is the unbound headstock. When the body and neck are bound, an unbound headstock looks unfinished to me.
