Ibanez JS90th Fretwire

Dear Ibanez fans, unfortunately now I would need your help and I would be very grateful if anyone can help me out. Last week I bought a very beautiful Ibanez JS90th guitar :-), but now there is only one small problem: unfortunately there is some fret wear on the first 5th frets and therefore I would like to change these frets, but I can not find any information about the exact fret material of the JS90th guitars.
Normally the JS guitars use the fretwire 6105 (source: jemsite.com) but unfornately there is no exact information about the fretwire of the JS90th (and it is definitely not the fretwire 6105) in the internet and I would like to restore the JS90th with original frets. Does maybe anybody know the exact fretwire of the JS90th guitar?

Thank you very much for your help and have a nice week and enjoy your Ibanez guitars. Ciao Mike

Re: Ibanez JS90th Fretwire

I can't remember where I read that it was Warmoth 6105 fret wire. I may well be wrong, but that's who I thought supplied it: http://www.warmoth.com/Ordering/ContactUs.aspx. I'm told their email response is decent, so try that while relying on the wealth of knowledge supplied by Rich at http://www.ibanezrules.com/email.htm and the other members on this site.

Edit: Should have read the other thread before posting.

Hello II Hamish II, thank you very much for your help and now I have received the answer of Ibanez and they also told me that the frets are from Warmoth. Have a nice week.

Re: Ibanez JS90th Fretwire

Although you mentioned that you wanted to put the same kind of frets on the JS90th, I would consider putting SS frets on it. You won't have to worry about wear and tear of the frets for as long as you own the guitar.

Re: Ibanez JS90th Fretwire

Hi everyone,

I have just given a call to Ibanez Australia. They have confirmed that they use Jim Dunlop rather than Warmoth fretwire.
