thats the first thing I thought of when i heard this. "Oh, they're going to make a 7 string js now"

on joes last record he had a bunch of songs with 7 strings, its only logical that now there would be a 7 string js.

as for the other sig models, i have no idea.

Just went to the G3 show in Winston Salem on the 28th. Joe Was playing a js1000 that looked to be metallic blood red. Awesome looking guitar.

Talk about jumping in late, but I just had to. Realistically, they need an Alder body with a sunburst. Plus, I'm a huge Radius fan, and the blueburst and redburst finishes are my favorite. They could now do a burst with the JS90 style flip/flop paint bursting inside black, or an alternate flip/flop paint color.

Jemcoustic: Seen it, and that would be my guess as SSV's next production model, since they've had several prototypes.
JS7: One can only hope, and you can bet I'd be inline for one.
PGM: I have no frikkin' idea what he's next will be.
Timmons: Everyone's seen his new model, sort of an SA buy nicer.

Goldboy?

When should I trademark my nickname to get in on this 'goldboy' JS action?

Isn't Timmon's sig guitar gonna be his AT100 or AT200 (forgot what one) - very Fender-like - no floating trem, 22 frets etc
I believe Andy said on his boards that was gonna be his signature model...

AT200. Basically an SA, but in higher quality and better pickups. I don't know what his neck preference is, but it seems to be along the lines of Satch-like proportions. I think the bridge does float since it is a SAT30 bridge (I believe that is what he said will be on it). A custom DiMarzio bridge HB (according to the guy from DiMarzio, it is most like a Breed) and two Cruisers. Mahogany body, maple neck and rosewood fretboard. That is the guitar I am going to keep an eye out for.

My fault - when i said no floating trem, I meant Floyd-style not SAT30.
I think, as you said, it'll have a SAT30 trem on it.

Weren't one of the pickups a Hotrail? I could have sworn I saw rails on the neck pup...

Cruisers are rail single coils. Your eyes didn't trick you.
