Jem 7vp Premium - stripped truss rod nut

I have a technical question regarding my Ibanez Jem 7VP (2019 model Indonesia made Premium Jem).
Is the truss rod nut (the part where you put the wrench to adjust truss rod) replaceable?
I stripped the inner shape of the nut when trying to adjust the truss rod.
The truss rod is not broken, the inner shape of the nut damaged so that allen key turns withinje the nut.

Technically it's a truss rod end, I have them in stock.

Thanks for the answer.
I would like to replace it.
How do I remove the old one?
Should I just turn it counterclockwise with an extractor or something like that?
Thanks in advance!

I've never had to remove one but everybody that has doesn't seem to have had a problem, but they never said how they did. Anything you can get to bite, I would suspect lefty loosey.
