Is Jem neck hollow?

I went to a non-ibanez guitar store and the salesperson said that he once checked a Jem's construction thoroughly and found that the neck was hollow. Although he didn't like floyd-guitars in general.
Do you believe him?

Unless you count the truss rod channel as being "hollow".

In which case every Str*t neck would be "hollow". Might want to remind him of that, and watch the truckload of "umm's" and "uhh's" back right up to the front door of his store. :-)

I went to a non-ibanez guitar store and was informed solemnly that the inside of Ibanez necks are comprised entirely of confectionary quality nougat (that's a soft T, so "noo-gah") much like the delicious fondant found in Milky Ways.

Is this true?

Aren't Ibanez fretboards made out of chocolate?

The VSKs, DSY,s and LNG were made out of green clovers, blue diamonds, yellow stars, and purple horseshoes...
And the 7VWH is made from Marshmallow Fluff and chocolate chips with a creamy middle.

Maybe it's the salesperson's head that's hollow...

woa...this is a strange topic

Although it is amusing, one could say that the odd one or two jems have been made from curtains in the past, which on first impressions...doesnt sound to great...but then you see it...and its beautiful
