Jem70SFG "fret alignment off to the treble side"

I'm tempted by a Jem70SFG, however just noticed on Rich's website that the SFG's seem to have a problem with fret alignment, quote: "fret alignment off to the treble side", does this mean that the frets are overhanging? One thing I did notice on Rich's photographs was that the string alignment seemed to be slightly closer to the edge of the fretboard on the treble side - kind of like a Music Man Majesty I had!

Any other common issues I should look out for?

The list of things that need to be checked on any Premium is just too extensive to even list, although I could say the same about the JEM777's also. Basically, you check everything, twice, then twice again.
