JEM7VWH paint

I have a 2003 VWH and i need a small bottle of the white paint for a few dings on it. I was wondering if anyone has needed touch up paint for their Jem and if they know where to get it. Thanks.

don't bother, dings tell a story. They give an instrument character. It's like giving a guitar botox.

I hate when people call damage "character"! LMAO... some people actually use that as a selling point on e-Bay.

The mind boggles.

Phew!

I wondered what the world was coming to. Now I realize there's a couple of sane people left.

Re: JEM7VWH paint

Lol....well, calling either one of US sane is kinda pushing it a bit

But yeah......I like my guitars as clean and minty as possible

Dings do give a guitar charactor! BAD charactor! IMHO

Are they interesting stories though? Mine would be like with this ding right here, our idiot bass player walked into me, causing our headstocks to clash. Or drunken mate decided to play my guitar, and look what happened.

Re: JEM7VWH paint

And who'd have thought ripped up jeans could be sold retail at top dollar.
I mean if some fool tried to sell me a guitar with character it would have to have the ability to wink at me now and again or tell me good jokes .

Re: JEM7VWH paint

I don't mind guitars with character ... as long as it isn't being used as an excuse for raising the price.

Getting back to the original question though, I don't think you are going to find any Ibanez paint anywhere. The easiest thing is to go to your local auto parts store and buy a small bottle of touch-up paint. They are inexpensive, have colors to match just about any guitar, and even have an applicator brush. Just dab on a few light coats. Then you might want to add a little superglue on top so you can polish it up better.

I,ll second that! Like when they say, the headstock broke off/repaired to 100% but it gives it charactor...............
