JS1000BTB ... please help.

Can anyone tell me how many Burnt Transp. Blue Js1000`s were built. The one I just bought is a 2002 model and I was hoping to know the total for that year. Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks guys, Larry.

I have one that was made in 1997 (i'm pretty sure), so they have been making them for a long time. Would be interesting to know how many have been made.

They were mostly sold in Europe and Japan until now that Ibanez decided to release them to the US market. Is there a particular reason as to why you need to know the total numbers of guitars built for that year? It's not like it's a TB.

I didn't know they sold it into US/Canada. I would have prefered a BTB a million times over the BP that I got in '01.
