Van halen crossover jem... i had that idea when comming up with my Malmsteen crossover jem! the Van halen was a bit wild for my tastes, but still, crazy stuff is all good!

i believe that is a quarter under the trem (like Ed's) and probably not a tone knob

i think he's put a tone knob under the trem so it looks like there is a quarter under the trem, like mr van halen does with his kramer.

Yes he did! Look at some old pictures of his "Frakinstrat" He glued a quarter under the Floyd so it would make contact with the body." for better tone" His words........

Nice! I've got some of C. J. Chilvers work, so I'm not completely lost. But thanks anyway.

Everything EVH on any guitar looks cool, IMO.
