is my jem project worth anything?

So I purchased a body from a vendor here and did it up myself. Old style grip with AANJ. staind, laqured and everything installed myself. I used Dimarzio evo's and all ibanez parts. I really dont like the sound and I'm more geared towards metal so I use my ESP's with EMG's more. I have about $400 invested into the project and i dunno how many hours. Id like to sell it and Im wondering if its worth it to sell or keep it. Maybe part it out... I dunno. heres a pic of it.

Like everything else in the world, it's worth what someone will pay for it.

You could definately sell that, even if someone is interested in the parts or doing a project of their own.

Well, I don't know what it is worth, but I suspect it is more than $400!

I think what you have put together is a well thought out and spec'd project, obviously some of the hardware not matching does make it a bit les desirable as a complete unit, but I bet if you priced it right you could sell it in one go.

You'll have to do some research on project-builds and see what they have historically sold for. Then you gotta take your best shot and see what response you get.

Or, as you like EMGs, replace the Evo with EMGs and sell the Evos.

That looks amazing to me, just the sort of thing I'd design for myself to play.

What wood is the body?

**** has a great way of finding the true value of something. Just make sure you use some obvious search terms in the listings title. That way you'll get as many hits as possible
