my Jem swirl clone

hey everyone, my first ever Ibanez...became a fan of the Jem after playing one belonging to a friend in a band...I would jam with them once a week and every time I played it I liked it more and more, so I figured I'd build my own!
Now I probably could have bought a real used Jem for the same dough, but I preferred to do this instead. It's an RG350 neck with a new decal applied, an RG body that was given the monkey grip and lions claw rout and swirled. The neck pickup is a Super 2, painted to match the pink on the body, it's a vintage style single coil in the middle that is bypassed unless you pull up the tone pot, and an Evo 2 in the bridge, and the Edge lo pro trem with a tremsetter! Here's a few snaps.

Re: my Jem swirl clone

thank you, I'm pretty happy with how it came out. The routing and swirl job was done by BNA Guitars, they are actually from Egypt of all places! Picked it up from ****, very nice folks to deal with. I only wish they filled the side jack and did the proper jem input jack. Check out some of their other swirls, www.bnaguitars.com

Re: my Jem swirl clone

, Israel, not Egypt.
But that's ok. Nice to see another one of mine becomes a complete guitar.

I would like to get a pyramid neck on this evenually. I was looking at ET Guitars, is there anywhere else that does them for a reasonable price?
