New axes at vai.com

Hey! There's a new photo at vai.com on the Updates page, shows Steve's guitars in the Harmony Hut. Oh my god look at all these babies... Two 90ths... Five VHWs... a white JS... and oh my god it's the burned Universe!!!

And did anyone notice the third guitar from the right, top row?
Looks like a hardtail 7VWH.
And it's also nice to see that he still has that original Tom Anderson in there.
And I think he also has the "DUO-Trem" 7VWH on the rack.
Or maybe it's just a regular VWH, with the trem bar at an odd angle...

Hmm, production 90th-style Universe, anyone? Hehe.

I hope this means the For the Love of God Universe is being drawn into active service. I'd imagine so, if it's in the studio.

And are those little Light Without Heat logos on the green velcro?

Wasn't that auctioned off, or sold or something???

Hello,

A few new closer pix are online at vai.com.

To answer a few questions:

Yes, that is the duo-trem Jem you can see behind the 90th UV. The 90th UV is a prototype. That is the only one in existence.

The FTLOG UV is fully playable, however the pickups are melted. As far as I know, Steve has not used it for recording.

The Pink Jackson was on Ebay - but was not sold.
