New grphic finiture

Yesterday I was at the G3 show here in Rome Joe played the new TR 7 strings and a new custom painted guitar that you can see in a this bad photo http://www.satriani.com/gallery/2004...l/P0006087.jpg on his site, I had the luck to talk with him, and he told me that is a JS2000... is a really really great finiture, got some "dots" in different colors

I saw that one too at the Milano G3, two nigths ago. I thought it was one of those Electric Rainbow (I think that's their name) models but didn't really care too much for it. It just looks so ugly to me...

Was'nt that the guitar Joe used to play 'Starry Night' on the beach? Same finish as the JCS540, some sort of toxic paint. I'm sure there's been talk of this guitar before here, might be wrong but was'nt it a Hoshino anniversary special for Joe or something? Check this out, same? http://www.foreverjoe.com/Image040.jpg

yip.. thought I had seen it before...

If memory serves, he used this for up in flames, which is in drop D... so perhaps he has retired the snake for a bit...
