New swirl...

Not sure what forum this should go in since it's not a real Jem. If someone wants to move it to another location thanks a ton...

I remembered when this body came up on Hercs site for sale. I went to buy it and it was gone. Well it popped up on that auction place and I had to get it.

Not sure who made the neck or body (might have been Herc himself) but the neck is off the hook. The rosewood is about 1/4" thick and the inlays are sunk in it. Looks real 3d.

The best thing about it is that it sustains better than any of my ibanez's.

It was shipped from Canada and got here real quick. It was still in tune also. LOL.

Enjoy...

Re: New swirl...

Ouch! That is one of the nicest swirls I've seen! Seriously!

I'd change the humbuckers to some kind of multi-coloured-zebra-look though

(Did I just make up a new term?)

I seen that one on the Bay, but I was unsure about the seller. Damn, that is a awesome swirl.

Re: New swirl...

Makes me want to get a PMC, but we all know, that it's not so obvious to score one . And even if an opportunity would come, it'd be... Well, NOT so cheap !!!

Re: New swirl...

I have to say that the detail on that swirl is quite possibly the best I've ever seen. And what's more, the best face is the front of the guitar! So many swirl guitars seem to have nicer backs than fronts!
