im a schaller kinda guy Schallers have hardened knife edges, gotoh';s do not.

This one is plenty stable for the time being. If I have any issues I'll swap it out. I just love the edge's more then anything

Gotoh's current trem is all hardened steel, like an Original Floyd Rose. If you want a Gotoh with knife edges, buy and Edge trem, because that's who makes them.

yeah, you're "all stock all the time" ... everything is perfect right off the shelf for you!

which neck is on that? putting a better trem would be a nice upgrade, but like you said if that one works, keep as is for now.

I'm willing to bet it say's "Glen Burton" on the headstock. I've got one laying around my shop, that a customer left behind years ago.

I'm sure Hoshino would disapprove of the similiarities in body shape, artwork, and headstock design

actually no O.o theres no markings anywhere, and the seller had no idea. I think its cool

lol what do you think of the telecaster neck? haha I spent about 2 hours sanding it to a nice a-symetrical shape to fit my hand

Suhr's been using them a couple years now, and not to cut costs, the trems are just that awesome.

Never said they went to cut costs, they made it clear they were switching because the original floyds sucked basically lol.

I know you didn't, that's usually the first thing people say, though.

What's nice is that they fit Edge routs 2 out of the 3 times without any modification:

Had to take a tiny bit off the treble side of the rout on this one. Off day at Fujigen?

No, it wont fit. lol, at all. I doubt the schaller or gotoh ones will fit either, maybe.

I have 2 spare edges and getting another one, I tried . The cavity isnt the problem, its the space between the posts. I'll have to dowel it up and redrill another hole.
