Cheers guys....

I actually play the JS1600 the most, Im a guitar teacher so I need a guitar I can detune for work.... but for gigs or playing at home Id probably say the 1000BP, 1200 and the 2400 get the most play

Re: NGD: JS6 and my collection....

Yeah i've been meaning to get a JS1600 just to try different tunings on it, but it will have to wait until i get my JS1200, funny how i was such a huge RG fan and all i've ever wanted was a JEM, but since i got my JS1000BP all i can think about is getting more JSs

Re: NGD: JS6 and my collection....

That's a great collection. I don't know of any Satch other than 2400/1600/1000/100 and now JS6, so I was wondering if you have them all. I know there aren't as many JS incarnations than there are of the RG so I guess it's do-able.

But I don't think anybody has every single version of the RG ever put out. There must be at least 500 models in different builds and finishes, or more. From current website in USA, there are 38 RGs not counting signature models and that's just in USA market not counting the world.

If money was no object and I still collected I would want the basic Ibanez staples/flagships from the past (Iceman, Destroyer, Artist, Musician, lawsuit Paul, lawsuit strat, lawsuit SG, Benson, Scofield, Metheny, Pass, Ritenour, Blazer, Roadstar, RG550, Jem, Universe, S, and Artstar). I think Paul Gilbert has all of those.

But as for amps and effects, I would be happy with only the Deluxe Reverb (or VOX AC15 or Roland JC), 2 cascading Tube Screamers, and DOD Chorus pedal.

Re: NGD: JS6 and my collection....

There are 29 different JS models from beginnings to present. I think I counted correctly with different color variations. JS1, JS2, JS3, JS4, JS5, JS6, JS1000, JS10th, JS90th, JS6000, JS2000, JS1200, JS2K-PLT, JS2PRM, JS1600, JS20th, JSBDG, JS2400, JS2410, JS2450, JS100, JS600, JS700

Re: NGD: JS6 and my collection....

Actually I forgot to count the color variations in the low end models (JS100, JS600) so there's more. But I think I got all the models correct.
