okay I know nothing about.........

how do we change the action? by loosening or tightens the spring claw in the back of the guitar??I don't know what exactly 'low action' and 'high action' mean....

Action is the distance between the fretboard and the strings, it's effetively a combination of a number of factors, mainly the height of the bridge....I don't know all the details about the numbers etc..., wait for some setup gurus to arrive or go to Rich's tech section....High action means large distance between the strings and the neck, low means a small distance...you generally want as low as you can get without fret buzz....

What it means is that the posts are locking, so he has to unlock the posts (with the tiny screw inside the big one) and then turn the actual posts...Ok, time to go to bed now...it's 2AM
