*G3 in North America 2015 and new album that utilizes Minnemann, Bellar and Keneally.

*Four new Ibanez Models, one having a sustainer (dark purple sparkle finish) and the other one being all single coils similar to the one he used on the Hendrix tour. I guess premiums are the other two out of the four? Maybe not?

*A new Marshall Amp meant for the players who really do not tour and what not.
Surprised this isn't here yet... Looks like the rumors about that SSS JS going into production are true, there's what's probably a low-wattage Marshall JS head in the pipeline, and surprisingly enough, a JS with a Sustainer in the neck is coming.

I have no clue. Glow in the dark. No. I don't know, I don't even know if they are doing one, but if they want to go by the JS models 1990 premier date then now is the time for the JS25th.

I love it when these new JS guitars come out. They really drive down the price of the 1000's and 1200's.

I just hope they don't kill off the JS1200. It's still my favorite JS. I love the color. I hope it doesn't get lost in the 24 fret hype. They could let go the 2410 or the 2400 since the purple 24 fretter is coming.

I think the Sugi handmade 10,000 dollar JS will be Chromeboy

Is the 2450 going to have different pick ups than the 2410 (not counting the sustainer model)? if not it seems weird to have a another model just for a different finish, and yeah i really hope they don't kill the 1200.

IMO there should be only two models, a 22 and a 24 fret version, with at least two different finishes each AND with the option of a sustainer.

The 2450 is going to have the same pickups as the 2410 but since they are chrome topped pickups it gets a different model number designation.

Mmm doesn't make sense to me, but i'm sure it does for Ibanez and Joe, but anyway more JS models are always a good thing, that purple one looks very good (although i'd rather have purple pick ups instead of chrome).

Re: Satriani update - four new models, new Marshall

Those pickups cost more so the model will cost more hence it needs it's own model number. I believe that's why.
