SON OF A..

2nd time since I have owned my UV777BK the mirror cracked when I dropped it in the case. Not even a foot drop.

So i need a new one.

Gabe has a good point. Back the screws off just a little so there is less tension and rigidity. NOT to where the darn thing is moving around, but juuuuust enough

Oh and stop dropping too, I find that helps keep my guitars in tip-top shape.

I wish my stupid mirror would crack so i'd have to get a new one. Preferably one that INS'T a cheesey mirror.

It's a common problem with mirror guards, especially the DBK which is slightly thinner. This happens often in shipping, I've had 3 show up broken that were perfect when they shipped.

I have found that a Dark Black Pearloid is a good replacement, or even a B/W/B.
