Is it a source of problems ???

I've read on another thread Rich was kidding about the fact that everybody is playing on 9-42 strings gauge.

My tech have just set up my JS1000 with 9-46 ernie ball strings, so my question : is it bad to use this custom gauge on JS guitars, due to multiradius neck or something like that ???
And is it possible that it causesproblems to adjust the height ?

Play whatever strings you like. Guitars are adjustable.
