Yeah, I see in his feedback on e*ay that he bought an LNG about a month ago that looked like crap for $600. If thats the same guitar.......which it very well could be, looks nice now. I don't know about steering clear, but I would ask many questions before purchasing. The whole finishing breaking the neck and then repairing thing scares me.

Don't you think that items such as a completely broken neck and a refin on a limited edition guitar should be disclosed? If he doesn't mention those things, God only knows what else could be going on with it.

FINALLY, some EVIDENCE it's the same guitar

Selling a refin with a repaired broken neck as a 9.5 without disclosure is far from full disclosure and verging on fraud.

That evidence isn't the same as when he said, "These are picture of a Jem 777 LNG guitar that was severely abused. I purchased this guitar on e B a y for $600 in hopes that it was what I thought."?

It's only evidence when matched with the sellers feedback, which if you had mentioned would have alleviated any doubt...... Like I said, play 20 questions.

Re: STEER CLEAR of LNG on e B a y!

So you would claim somebody was commiting fraud by the thinest of clues found between that page and the auction copy, without the feedback proof?! You're one post away from a libel suit the next time you're wrong

If you're going to accuse somebody of fraud you'd better well have some proof to back it up. Like I said, the feedback is the ONLY proof, at this point. Guaranteed the guy has done allot of reading here and is most likely a member.

The big question, did you just run here or did you actually file the report with E-BAY where it might do some good by having it closed?

Yeah it definately seems like the same guitar, look at the photos of the body and heasdstock. The headstock is slightly darker, and the body is a much brighter, lighter green.

And now we both have a problem. jemboyee is mental for posting a fraud warning without some clear proof. I'll be very happy to say it publically, but since I said it PRIVATELY to you, now I've got a serious problem with you.
