Steve Vai live Pix 11/30/2001

Hi people
Im new in here, and here's my first contribution, I do know that plenty of people in here are Vai addicts, just as me. So here are some live pix I took at his concert on 30/11/2001 in Paris. I had my UV signed by Steve before the show. Great experience.
So here's the link, go to the pix section. Cheerzz

Hi Rabin, welcome to the forum !

checked out your live pix from Paris, real impressive and from close range !!
'live 4' shows a full frontal of the "chrome JEM". (I think some people up here will love that pic )

BTW, I don't know if the moderators will move your post, but it should have been posted in Players, Personalities, Bands, Music & Tours section.

Anyway, thanks for the contribution,

Cheers,
Joten

Hey man firstly, thanks a lot for the pics! They are very nice!

And man I can't get enough of the chrome jem...but it looks kinda funny in the picture, like it's a chrome sticker over it LOL. Hope it looks much better in real life. I personally think that the js is still the best guitar to be chromed, it's curves are really accentuated by the chrome, the jem on the other hand is pointy and flat...which is not to say that it's bad or anything, but to me it doesn't look all that good in chrome

Chris.

i was under the impression the 'chrome' was a mirror pickguard laminate (ie. the dbk pickguard) applied over the body... glen

are you sure it's chrome? it looks like a black Jem 10 body with either a black or DBK pickguard.

Apparently, two different "chrome" jems have been spotted.. one with a black back and sides, and one that seemed to be chromed all over..

Not sure of the truth of the rumour tho
