loproman... resign yourself!

TRS is not that kinda thing you can rely on. There's nothing to do. That's TRS.
Just a couple suggests, anyway:

- stretch well the strings before to clamp the nut pads
- tight firmly the saddle's lock screws
- get the retainer bar as lower as you can, and if needed, take the truss-rod cover away
- clamp the nut pads firmly

more than this, there's nothing to do with a TRS.
I hope Jemsite forum' guys may help you, don't know how.
I'm sorry...

Use the TRS as a doorstop & get an Edge/LoPro.

loproman, you better find an used Edge and put it on your axe.
Don't worry about routings, nor wood works: the TRS has the same distance between bolts as the Edge's, and the cavity is bigger.
It may look a bit ugly, with all that useless cavity underneath, but you have an Edge!
Get an Edge, dude!

I also have a JS100, and you are CORRECT. *The TRS II does NOT work. *I dont know why they bother putting it on there. *I still dont know what i should do. *I can either sell the JS100 (already has DiMarzio PAF Pro and FRED) and buy something with a Lo-Pro Edge, or i could spend about $200ish getting it modded with a Lo-Pro Edge. *If i did that, i would still have the non-japanese neck. *I need to do one or the other, because i have tried just about everything to keep it in tune. *Anyone have any input on what i should do? *Thanks.
