Two differnets white on my Jem 7 V

Two differents white on my JEM7Vwh

Hello I've recently bough a Jem 7 V wh, and I'm a bit decived that the color of the head of the guitar does't the same than the body's. I think it's not very serious for a guitar of 2400 dollars.
So the head of the guitar is a light ivory white or something like a clear vintage white) and the body had the "normal" bright white of a Jem 7 V wh. What can I do to make the two white same ?

(excuse me for my really poor langage )

As far as I know, you only have to wait.

Yeah, all white guitars fade into Ivory, especially if you have it in the sunlight. I have 2 PGM's originally in white and they are both that creamy ivory colour now.

But I think it looks better!

Sort of on topic, I got my first VWH recently, and I think it's a 98. Anyway, the humbuckers are pure white, but the single coil and knobs are creme colored. It's an obvious color difference, and the single and knobs are the exact same shade. Has anyone else ever seen that? I did a forum search and didn't see anything like it. I was told the guitar was bone stock, and it sounds fine, but It doesn't look great.
I'll try and get a pic tonight to put up so you can all see what I'm talking about.

You have more chance than me cause it's very easy and unexpensive to change the single cil cover and the knob.

I got my jem7vwh new basically factory direct about 3,4 weeks ago. I haven't noticed any fading or color differences at all. Is it just something some of the previous models had and was corrected, or will I to notice it?

I have a '99, and the humbuckers are cream-colored, and the knobs and single coil cover are bright white. It was like that when I bought it new. I noticed it, but it never really bothered me all the much.

However, the gold being almost completely rubbed off the E, A, and D string saddles drives me effin' nuts!

My recollection of the VWH paint is that it is NOT supposed to age to creme, but stay white. The white UV paint fades, but I don't think the Jem's is supposed to. Rich will know for sure.

VWH WH is UV resistant and color fast acording to Ibanez. [although what the clear does or doesn't do they don't specify]. But they probably mix each batch of paint as needed. Doesn't take much to get one batch slightly different, and as necks are sprayed in a different run than bodies [at least from the pics I have], who knows

Rich, you have pics of the ibanez factory? I've never seen any pics of their factory. Mind sharing them? Sorry if this is a bit off-topic.

I had to promise to never let them out of my computer to get them [which is why I took them on my laptop to Jemfest]
