UV7PWH NGD

Super beat to ****, which is pretty much what I wanted. Plays well and sounds good.

Also, Americans please never ever ever ship via UPS when doing intl deals. They charge a bull**** "brokerage" fee and we end up having to pay about 30% more than we would have in tax.

Re: UV7PWH NGD

Congrats.

UPS brokerage fee is typically $60-$100 and you're paying it so it clears customs immediately instead of going into the black hole many customs agencies are. They are not adding 30% to the cost basis. Some provinces in Canada charge a combined 20% in duty and GST's. The only alternative if you're using Paypal [which I assume you di]d is Express Mail and the charge is usually $60 higher than UPS standard negating much saving on the brokerage.

Maybe if you have a business account, but whenever people check to ship to me they use USPS and its always cheaper. The brokerage fee for USPS/CP is like $5 and UPS always gets stalled the longest for me. Customs takes about 1-3 days for me usually via USPS and both times someone shipped to me with UPS it took 5-6 days.

Re: UV7PWH NGD

Priority mail is cheaper, and limited to $650 in insurance. Only somebody willing to roll the dice will ship something they are responsible for to your door with no damage like that, and that's not me. Express mail is insurable to $5000. EMS insured at $1500 to Canada is $145.
UPS is less except to very remote areas, where EMS is the better option, but higher brokerage.

Congrats stealth...... that's a guitar that I'd be proud to have.

Also, thanks to your photography, we now know what a Micro PWH7 would look like.....LOL

Re: UV7PWH NGD

Haha yeah, that couch is pretty big + the way I cropped the pic makes the guitar look like its miniature.

Re: UV7PWH NGD

Congrats man, stunning guitar! What year is it?

Also, dont know if its in my eyes only but I see a small difefrence between low-B to fretend margin and high-E to fretend margin. If true it could be easily fixed of course.
