Re: Were all Jems made in Japan or not?
The only guitars wich were non Japanese are the JEM555 and the JEMjr.
The rest is all japanese made.
I owned a 555 once and traded it for a JEM777DY wich played fabiously.
From there to a '88 JEM77FP, a electronic drumkit...
Now I owe a brand new JEM7VSBL (signed by Steve), a JEM505WH and a Ovation CSE2258TY double neck.
Whatever people may say about the JEM505, I think it's a briljant guitar with an astonishing, beautiful and superb finish and playability.
I take it out of the case more than my JEM7VSBL...
And I love my Ovation so much!
