Is there a serial sticker on the back of the head?

 

Hi Rich, there is no serial on the back of the head which makes me wonder.

 

My plate data is very week on the few years where the plate means nothing. If I had to guess I'd say somewhere 94'-96'ish.

Just a side note--The FP wasn't around in 86 (or any other Jem), the were not made anymore by 2006, so if the 6 represents the year in this case--it 'd be 96, like Rich pointed out (94-96). The plated numbers on Jems can be a bit misleading at times...

 

Post pictures of the front of the guitar. It might give more clues.

It is his signature guys, I got this Jem from a guy in Woollongong a place near Sydney here in aussie. He had this Jem signed by Steve when Steve was running a clinic in Sydney years ago

Boy, I've never seen a Jem7fp in such perfect condition, it was one of my luckiest day when i bought this jem from that bloke in woolloongong.
