Question Will the DiMarzio EP1111 fit my all-original JPM?

I own a JPM which is all original. The 3-way toggle, however, is faulty.

I found the DiMarzio EP1111 3-way toggle, which seems to be technically a replacement, apart from the different wiring. Is this the diagram?

Now what bugs me: will it fit the JPM without additional drilling?

I would be guessing that they are essentially the same part. I have one of these switches. What is the diameter of the shaft on yours? Eyeballing mine, it's about 10mm.

Mine seems to be 10mm too.

At first I thought they were, but I changed my mind when I found the wiring was different. I guess I'll just go ahead and buy it, since it's a working replacement.
