I hope you're joking. It doesn't look good, and the specs sound like ****. Go get an RG6EX from the Japanese stores instead - six-string EMG-equipped guitar that has a working tremolo. I'm dissapointed in the fact that there is a ton of wonderful Ibanez seven-string guitars in Japan, but we've only got two models here in Europe (RG7321 - which is great by the way, and the RG1527). They wonder why they don't sell? It's because they haven't got any space at all.

AND WHY DO THEY HAVE PICTURES OF THE MESHUGGAH EIGHT-STRINGS WHEN THEY DON't HAVE ANY PRODUCTION 8's?! Ibanez owns at making guitars, but absolutely sucks ass at marketing.

Re: 06 ibanez's!!!

Hi-The only one i kinda like is the RG2620CBK. But I would not buy it for that price. IF it had a maple fingerboard - now that would be a different story.

jeff

PS - bring back maple fingerboards!!!

Re: 06 ibanez's!!!

There's a Korean Prestige SA model with a maple fingerboard that looks nice.
not much info yet about it though, and it's not even on the ibanez website ... and the list price is crazy like $1333.

They have some of those extra pictures and models at NAMM to help gauge the interest of making a production model of a similar guitar.
