Yes let's do some research...
In 1987 when the Radius, Saber, and Power debuted, many of them had roadstar on the headstock. By 1988 they mostly disappeared. The original cut sheet calls these guitars "Roadstar II Pro540" and all three have Roadstar on the headstock. All three guitars also have the 3 mini-toggles.
I can't tell you whether that particular guitar is all stock, but it would seem so. If it's that old it should also have chrome hardware, although there were some with cosmo between '87 & '88, then they switched to cosmo.
Finally a unique feature of those older Sabers is that the output jack is angled toward the floor, in the same manner as a Strat. Then, in '88 they angled it up toward the strap button, where it has stayed ever since.
