7 String RG with a figured top, is the only option a J Custom?

Hi, I'm looking at getting a 7 string, and I'm really comfortable with RGs, but I'm after something with a flamed maple top. The only thing I've seen that matches up to this is the RG8527Z, are there any other RGs that are similar but a bit less wallet-emptying?

my ct is for sale in the classifieds. Could be exactly what you're looking for.

Consider the new Apex? Not a flamed maple top but a great sunburst alder top on a 7 string. Mine sounds fabulous and it's a keeper.

It's a unique looking guitar and spot on to my 3 other J Customs as far as build, fit and finish.

I'm really liking that CT, I'll consider it.

I hadn't really looked at the APEX before, and it's a really nice looking guitar, the only downside is I'm really not a fan of pick guards .

It's a shame the RGA427Z is only available in trans black, if that came in a burst finish I'd be on it in a shot.

There is also the RG7-CST.....

Although you'd be hard pressed to find one....Never-the-less, it is an option.
