7620?

Whats up everyone, i hope everyone is doing well. Im wondering if anyone can help me further identifing this guitar that im considering picking up off of craigslist. Im almost positive that it is a rg7620. The back of the headstock says that it was made in 98 and it is mij, but ive heard of rg7420s being having rg7620s necks on them, unfortinatly the pictures dont really show a close up of the bridge so i cant really tell what type of bridge it has on it. i hope you all can help. Thanks in advance.

Re: 7620?

I saw this too
Its a RG7620 Vampire Kiss
and the bridge is a lo pro, RG7420s had lo trs bridges.

For what the guy is selling it for, its a steal!
you may even lower his price a bit if it dosen't have the case.

Re: 7620?

Aye, looks like a Lo Pro, and looks like it has triangular p-up routes, so 7620.
The finish looks slightly different to VK, but the VK is a very odd finish to photograph; it looks so much better in person. It always gets a much more bleached look in photos. It's very dark in person.

Re: 7620?

It's not Vampire Kiss, its not a Magenta Crush 7420, to me it looks like what i once owned...

A "Royal Wine" rg7620 (specialty color). Dumb, because it looks like vampire kiss, but just a TAD lighter in color and more sparkly than a matte finish, as i've owned both. Yes, the guitar i bought was NEW from guitar center, complete with the tags that said "royal wine". Funny thing was I was supposed to own a Cayman Green colored RG7620 (another specialty color, 2 in one store, imagine that), the one i played in GC, but my mother (yes i was 16, this is 9 years ago... jesus christ) picked it up for me and grabbed the wrong color!
